Refund Policy

At ConvertDM, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. We offer a generous refund policy to make your purchase risk-free.

1. Free Trial

Every new user gets a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. This gives you full access to all features so you can evaluate whether ConvertDM is right for your business before paying anything.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

If you are on a monthly plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your payment date. After 7 days, no refund will be issued for the current billing period, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.

3. Annual Subscriptions

If you are on an annual plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your payment date. After 14 days, you may still cancel, and your access will continue until the end of the paid period, but no prorated refund will be issued.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at support@convertdm.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  • Include your registered email address and reason for the refund
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

5. Refund Method

  • Stripe payments (USD): Refunded to the original payment method (credit/debit card).
  • Razorpay payments (INR): Refunded to the original payment method (UPI, card, or netbanking). UPI refunds typically arrive within 2-3 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Requests made after the refund window (7 days monthly, 14 days annual)
  • Service disruptions caused by Instagram/Meta API changes beyond our control

7. Founding Member Price Lock

If you are a Founding Member ($5/mo) and cancel your subscription, you lose the founding price lock. If you resubscribe later, the standard price ($9/mo) will apply. Refund requests do not affect your founding status as long as your subscription remains active.
