At ConvertDM, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. We offer a generous refund policy to make your purchase risk-free.
Every new user gets a 1-month free trial (up to 2 posts) with no credit card required. This gives you full access to all features so you can evaluate whether ConvertDM is right for your business before paying anything.
If you are on a monthly plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your payment date. After 14 days, no refund will be issued for the current billing period, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
If you are on an annual plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your payment date. After 14 days, you may still cancel, and your access will continue until the end of the paid period, but no prorated refund will be issued.
To request a refund:
If you are a Founding Member ($5/mo) and cancel your subscription, you lose the founding price lock. If you resubscribe later, the standard price ($9/mo) will apply. Refund requests do not affect your founding status as long as your subscription remains active.
